Getting Pregnant is one of the best feelings that any woman can get. Feeling your baby grow inside you gives a mother a sense of relief and satisfaction like nothing else. But pregnancy also demands a lot from both the partners. During pregnancy, need to be extra cautious of our surrounding as well as our body. I have always been an outdoor person. I love trekking, cycling and ice skating. I loved reading a lot and photography was a real passion. Suddenly I could not do skating or go for early morning treks. As I came into the middle of my pregnancy, I started feeling sad and low for not able to do some things I loved. The morning sickness, general fatigue and exhaustion and hormonal changes started taking their toll over my mind and body. I just couldn’t wait for the baby to arrive!
I believe most of you mothers can relate with this situation. Pregnancy can be very demanding. But there is nothing that can stop us from having fun during these 9 months! During my pregnancy, I came across articles and real life stories that helped me to cope up better with my situation. I am listing here all the fun things and hobbies that expecting mothers can take up to make their pregnancy fun! Picking up even 1 or 2 can do wonder for you. Here they are-
- Take up reading– Pick up that novel which you always wanted to read. Visit your local library to get the latest best sellers. Reading before sleeping really helped me to get my mind off from the day’s exhaustion and helped me sleep well
