This Policy explains how we may Process your information. This Policy may be amended or updated from time to time, so please check it regularly for updates. BabyDoppler Media, a division of Dagamma Ecommerce Solutions Inc. operate this website and the Baby Doppler AppDagamma.

Dagamma Ecommerce Solutions Inc., with its parents, affiliates and its subsidiaries (collectively, “Dagamma”, “us”, “our” or “we”), owns, operates, or provides access to, several interactive health, wellness, diet and fitness websites, mobile and connected applications, and other online interactive features and services, including, but not limited to, emails, newsletters, chat areas, forums, communities, sweepstakes and contests for consumers (collectively “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected about you when you interact with the Services, regardless of how it is collected or stored, and describes, among other things, the types of information collected about you when you interact with the Services, how your information may be used, when your information may be disclosed, how you can control the use and disclosure of your information, and how your information is protected.

This Privacy Policy covers information collected through the website and its related application, which are operated by Dagamma.

Dagamma participates in the E.U.-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the UK extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Framework, and the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System. When we transfer information from the European Economic Area (“EEA”) to a recipient outside the EEA that is not in an adequate jurisdiction, we do so based on standard contractual clauses.

Given the international scope of our operations, we may transfer your information within the Dagamma group of companies and to third parties as mentioned above, for the purposes outlined in this Policy. Consequently, we may transfer your information to other countries with differing laws and data protection requirements from those in your country of residence.

Dagamma and its affiliated entities comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as outlined by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that we adhere to the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles regarding the processing of personal data received from the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. DPF Principles and/or the Swiss-U.S. DPF Principles, the Principles shall govern.

We are committed to staying abreast of developments related to the Data Privacy Framework and may update our transfer mechanisms and safeguards as needed to maintain compliance. Any updates will be reflected in this Privacy Policy.

When we transfer your personal information from the EEA to recipients located outside the EEA in jurisdictions not formally designated by the European Commission as providing adequate protection, we do so based on standard contractual clauses. Enforcement Authority The Federal Trade Commission oversees our compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF).

Complaints Mechanism In compliance with the EU-U.S. DPF, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. DPF, Dagamma commits to resolving complaints about our collection and use of your personal information in adherence to the DPF Principles. Individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our handling of personal data received in reliance on these frameworks should first contact Dagamma at support@babydoppler.com.

In compliance with these frameworks, Dagamma commits to referring unresolved complaints concerning our handling of personal data received in reliance on them to TrustArc, an alternative dispute resolution provider, at no cost to you.

Under certain conditions, a binding arbitration option may be available to address complaints not resolved by other means.

In compliance with these frameworks, Dagamma commits to cooperating and complying with the advice of the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) with regard to unresolved complaints concerning our handling of human resources data received in reliance on these frameworks in the context of the employment relationship. Dagamma is also a participant in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (“APEC”) Cross Border Privacy Rules System.

We implement suitable technical and organizational security measures to safeguard your User Information. Please ensure any Personal Information you send to us is securely transmitted.

We have deployed appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your User Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized

disclosure, unauthorized access, and other forms of unlawful or unauthorized processing, in accordance with applicable law. On occasion, we may use Secure Sockets Layer encryption and/or transfer certain User Information in a non-human-readable format for added protection. However, we cannot guarantee against breaches, and we are not liable for any breach of security or actions of third parties.

We aim to retain your User Information only for as long as necessary. Online Data related to OBA is retained for up to 180 days, subject to certain conditions.

We aim to Process your User Information for the minimum duration necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy. The criteria for determining the duration of retention are as follows: we will retain copies of your User Information in a form that allows identification only for as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless applicable law requires a longer retention period. Unless there is a specific legal requirement to retain the information, we plan to keep it for no longer than necessary to fulfill a legitimate business need.

Except as outlined in this Privacy Policy, Online Data related to OBA is retained for up to 180 days, after which it expires. However, this period may restart if the same user subsequently interacts with an ad, email, the Services, or a Channel.

Please allow five to ten business days for changes to take effect. On some Services, member service-related communications are an integral part of such Services to which you subscribe and you may continue to receive emails as part of that particular portion of the Services unless you cancel your account, even if you opt out of the newsletters or email list. If you have provided more than one email address to us, you may continue to be contacted unless you request to unsubscribe each email address you have provided.
